Returns:
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 14 days from the date of purchase.
   If you ordered the wrong item, we will exchange it for you within 14 days. buyer pays for return shipping and for the new shipping considering the exchanged product is the same price.
  Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will be exchanged at no extra cost to you.
 All Returns will be Exchanged or Replaced. Due to the fact that all SlipGrip Holder are hand Crafted and are made to order, there will be exchange for another one of the same price.

Warranty:
We offer our customers a 90 days warranty on all of our holders, considering the following terms:
1. Broken product must be returned for inspection to determine if the product failed due to no fault of the buyer. Buyer pays for return shipping.
2. Product will be exchanged for the same item, buyer pays for shipping of the replacement back to him or her.
3. If the product broke due to misuse or abuse, warranty will be voided.
